The legacy of Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty, LLC began in 1958, when Carl D. Alfonso, a Gulfport native and local businessman, began a real estate sales career. After distinguishing himself as a sales associate and manager, Carl founded Alfonso Realty with his wife, Tommye. They were joined by their daughter, Carlene, who procured the company upon their retirement and was soon joined in the family business by Walter Ketchings, a successful commercial broker from Natchez, Mississippi. Carlene and Walter married, and in 1989 Alfonso Realty affiliated with Coldwell Banker® and became Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty, LLC
