Carlene Alfonso
Carlene Alfonso, CRB, CRS, and CEO of Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty, has been a REALTOR® since 1975 and a broker since 1978, she went into business with her father and has never been with any other firm.
Active locally, she is the past President of the Pass Christian Chamber of Commerce and has served on the boards of the Humane Society of South Mississippi, the Association of Retarded Citizens and the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. Carlene was inducted into the Mississippi Realtor Hall of Fame December 6, 2006, during the Mississippi Association of REALTORS® Convention & Expo in Vicksburg. Induction into the REALTOR® Hall of Fame is based on lifelong achievement and service to the real estate profession and the REALTOR® organization and is one of the most prestigious awards a Mississippi REALTOR® may receive.

Paul began in the Real Estate field in August of 2002 as an independent investor. Realizing it would be a great career choice, he affiliated with Coldwell Banker Alfonso in February of 2004. Paul earned awards in the first few months of business. Aggressive marketing and technological practices are an every day part of his work. In April, 2006, Paul took on the role of Director in both the Relocation Office and the REO Corporate Home Sales Office.

Rick Miles
Rick Miles is currently employed as the Operations Manager for the Harrison County offices, a position he has held for 12 years. His responsibilities include Facilities Manangement (building maintenance & repairs) and technology…computers, alarm systems, phone systems, and copiers/faxes. Updates and distributes all company forms. Rick is also the purchasing agent for office supplies and vendor services and is the administrator handling agent real estate licenses and agent transfers. He also provides technical support for the companies offices in Hancock and Jackson Counties.
JoMarie LeBlanc
JoMarie is employed as our Controller and has been with the Company since 1995. She is responsible for all financial reporting and bookkeeping.
Jenifer Enright
Jenifer is employed as the REO Coordinator and has been with Coldwell Banker Alfonso since November 2005. As one of Paul Blacksmith’s REO team members, she coordinates utilities and expenses involved with the company’s foreclosure listings.
Rebecca Edwards
Rebecca has been employed with Coldwell Banker Alfonso Realty, Inc. since April 1, 2003 as the Incoming Referral Coordinator in the Relocation Department. Prior to employment with CBAR, She worked in Accounting for the casino industry for 10 years. Rebecca’s educational background consists of two program degrees in Business Technology from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College-1988-1990 & 1997-1998. Her duties as Referral Coordinator consist of/but not always limited to receiving, managing, tracking all incoming referrals from the Cartus Network (Affinity, Corporate Relocation, & Broker/Broker), 3rd party relocation companies, & non-network brokers. Referrals, whether assigned or direct are serviced by a team of relocation trained A-Team agents, working very closely with progress reports, so as to make every effort for a conversion. I also work closely with non-team agents who receive direct referral business.
Coldwell Banker Alfonso has a wonderful team of agents who work diligently to provide exceptional service, which makes my job so rewarding.
Renee’ H. Jenkins
Renee has been employed since July 2006 as the Assistant to the Financial Controller – duties include reconciling bank accounts, writing checks and making deposits.
